Ron Barrick received his formal education from Texas Tech University (BBA and MBA). He interned with a local CPA firm while in graduate school at Tech. After graduation, he spent two years in corporate In 1971, Ron accepted employment in Cushing Oklahoma. Two years later he was offered a partnership and the firm was later renamed Call, Barrick, Ethridge, Webb & Co., Certified Public Accountants. The firm grew to five offices all located in Central Oklahoma. Ron’s client responsibilities consisted mostly of governmental and non-profit audit services as well as tax planning and preparation. In 1986 he became the tax partner for the firm. In 2002, Ron sold his interest in the firm and relocated to Georgetown, Texas. Ron Barrick has had extensive experience in almost all phases of federal and state income taxes, whether it be for individuals and trusts or for businesses. His background in audit and financial statement analysis provides a unique insight for designing and implementing effective accounting systems. Chris joined the firm in 2008. He graduated from Oklahoma State University in 1996 and became a certified public accountant in 1998. Chris has over 12 years of experience in public and private accounting as well as information technology. He has experience with tax accounting, cost accounting, and financial statement preparation. He is also a certified Quickbooks ProAdvisor and his dual experience in the fields of accounting and IT make him uniquely qualified to set up and integrate accounting software. |

Cheryl received her bachelor’s degree from Oklahoma State University. She taught mathematics for 12 years in the Oklahoma public school system before coming to Texas. She has been with Barrick & Co., LLC since its inception and has served primarily as office manager and receptionist. Her duties also include data input for monthly accounting services and tax return processing. |
